What is ?
Content & Theme allows you to customize the portal's visual identity and the interface content displayed to users.
Two separate pages can be customized in this area:
With Login:The screen where users log into the system.
Home Page:The screen that users see after logging in. This serves as the portal's main interface.
For both pages, logos, titles, banners, colors, and content areas are defined to create a brand-consistent user experience.
How to use ?
Go to Portal Management > Content & Theme tab. Two sub-tabs are located at the top of the page: Login Page and Home Page.
Login Page
This tab is used to customize the screen that users see when accessing the portal.
Fields:
  • Header Logo:
    • The logo area displayed at the top of the login page.
    • Recommended size: 250px × 80px
    • Example: XCompany logo (xcompany_logo.png)
  • Banner Image:
    • The visual area displayed in the background or on the side.
    • Recommended size: 760px × 100%
    • Example: XCompany office or work environment image
  • Title (TR / EN):
    • TR: XCompany User Login
    • EN: XCompany Login Portal
  • Theme:
    • Determines the color theme of the login page.
    • It is recommended to choose colors consistent with corporate identity (Example: “Blue”).
After completing changes, click the Submit button to save.
Home Page
Customizations for the main page that users see after logging in are done in this tab. This screen includes the portal's overall layout, service boxes, guide sections, and contact information.
Header Section
  • Header Logo:
    • The logo displayed at the top-left of the home page.
    • Recommended size: 180px × 50px
    • Example: XCompany small logo
  • Banner Image:
    • The image displayed at the top of the portal, behind the header and search box.
    • Recommended size: 100% × 500px
  • Title / Subtitle (TR / EN):
    • This is the main title and subtitle area.
    • TR: XCompany Service Portal
    • EN: XCompany Service Portal
    • Subtitle TR: You can submit your support and suggestion requests here.
  • Theme Color:
    • Determines the portal's general background color and button colors.
Guide Section
Used to define guides or help content to be included in the portal.
  • Guide Title (TR / EN):
    • The guide title (Example: User Guide / Kullanım Kılavuzu).
  • Background Color / Text Color:
    • The background and text colors of the guide box.
  • Icon:
    • The icon representing the guide. Example: book or help symbol.
After creating guides, they are displayed in the Library List area.
Service Section
Shows service categories available to users (Example: support, suggestion, request).
  • Add Service:
    • Used to add a new service box.
  • Service List:
    • The created service areas are listed here.
    • Each service can be edited or deleted.
    • Example: Suggestions, XCompany Technical Support
Contact Information
Company contact details displayed at the bottom of the portal are edited in this area.
  • Company Information Title:
    • Title (Example: XCompany Contact)
  • Company Information Description:
    • Short informational text.
    • Example: XCompany Support Team, available 24/7.
  • Company Address:
    • The company's address.
    • Example: XCompany Plaza, Istanbul, Turkey
  • Company Phone Number:
    • Support line or call center number.
After completing changes, click the Submit button to save. Saved content is immediately reflected in the portal preview.
