The plan purchase is made through your own Stoneity instance. You can go to the Plans page within the instance, select the plan that suits your needs, and purchase it.
Which account will be used for payment?
The purchase is made through the account that is logged in at the time. In other words, the account you use for payment is recorded as the account that purchased the plan, and billing is done through this account.
Can I receive a corporate invoice?
Yes. You can automatically generate your corporate invoice by entering your company information during the purchase.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time from the Account/Plan management screen in your instance.
When does my plan become active after purchase?
Once the payment is completed, your plan becomes active immediately and the related features are instantly available.
