This Distance Sales and Digital Service Agreement is concluded between Stoneity Software Inc. and the customer who purchases a Stoneity Work Management or Stoneity Service Management digital service plan online in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502, the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, and applicable legislation.
Any user who creates an account through the stoneity.com domain or its subdomains is deemed a member. The member may act on behalf of a company or individually and uses the service for its own operations.
Seller: Stoneity Software Inc. Buyer: The natural or legal person who is logged in during checkout and confirms the plan fee.

This agreement is governed by Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the Regulation on Digital Services and Digital Content, the Personal Data Protection Law and the relevant provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code. The parties accept that electronic approval produces legally binding results.
The services provided by the Seller are entirely digital content and digital services. The service is delivered through a cloud-based software platform, and no physical product delivery is involved. The service becomes immediately accessible upon completion of the payment and is automatically assigned to the user account.
The service is entirely digital content and digital service in nature. Once the payment is approved, the plan is activated instantly on the member's Stoneity administration panel and a confirmation e-mail is sent. No physical shipment, cargo, or postal delivery is made. The service is provided through an internet-accessible digital platform.
Pursuant to Article 15(g) of Law No. 6502, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and digital services that are immediately performed, provided that the consumer has given explicit consent and has been informed that this consent cannot be withdrawn before the delivery of the digital content/digital service. However, if the user has not yet started using the service or if there is a technical issue, access problem, or the service does not conform to the characteristics specified in the contract, the request is evaluated within 14 days and refunds, when accepted, are processed through the original payment channel.
The parties agree that platform system logs constitute evidence, that Istanbul Central Courts have exclusive jurisdiction, and that Stoneity may update the terms of this agreement when required.
