Delivery And Return Terms
These Delivery and Return Terms regulate the procedures and principles regarding the delivery processes, service activation, refund conditions, and right of withdrawal for digital services provided by Stoneity Software Joint Stock Company. The Terms have been prepared in accordance with the Law on the Protection of the Consumer No. 6502, the Regulation on Digital Services and Digital Content, and relevant legislation, and aim to protect consumer rights in accordance with the characteristics of digital services.
Digital Delivery Principle
All services provided by Stoneity are digital in nature. Once the payment is completed, the plan becomes immediately accessible through the Buyer’s user account.
Delivery Method
Delivery is provided digitally via the platform after the Buyer selects the plan on the Plans page of their own Stoneity instance and completes the payment.
Activation of the Service
The service is activated only for the user account through which the purchase was made.
The Buyer gains access to the service without delay after purchase.
Refund Conditions
Refunds for digital services that have already been used may not be possible under the relevant provisions of Law No. 6502.
Refund requests are evaluated by the Seller in cases of technical issues, access problems, or similar circumstances.
Technical Issues and Access Problems
If access to the service cannot be provided despite payment, the Seller is responsible for conducting the necessary technical examination and making the service accessible.
Service Modification
Stoneity reserves the right to develop, update, or modify the scope of its products and services. Changes will be communicated to the Buyer.
