What is ?
The portal is an external entry area where users can manage support requests, service requests, or informational content.
A separate portal can be created for each customer or service group. In this way, users can submit support requests, track their status, and communicate with the company through a personalized interface.
How to use ?
To create a new portal, go to Service Management > Portal Management and select Create New Portal.
In the Detail tab, fill in the following fields:
- Portal Name (TR / EN):Specify the Turkish and English names of the portal. Example: XCompany Kullanıcı Destek / XCompany Technical Support
- Portal URL Suffix:Enter the short identifier to be used in the portal's access URL. Example: xcompanysupportcenter The portal link is automatically generated by the system. Example: https://xcompany.stoneity.com/servicestone/portal/xcompanysupportcenter.
- Portal Manager:Select the manager responsible for the portal. This person will be responsible for managing requests and user approval processes.
- Portal Groups:Specify the user or customer group to be associated with the portal. Example: xcompanygroup.
- Active / Published:
- Active:Enables the portal to become active.
- Published:Allows the portal to be published and accessible by users.
