Login Method
What is ?
The Login Method determines how users access the portal. Users can create requests either by logging in or without logging in (anonymously). In addition, registration methods define how user accounts will be created.
How to use ?
After creating the portal, go to the Login Method tab from the left menu.
There are two main sections in this area:
Login Method
  • With Login:Users access the portal by logging in. This method requires signing in with registered user accounts.
  • Without Login:Users can access the portal and create requests without logging in (anonymously).
Registration Method
Defines how users will register in the system:
  • Self-Registration with Approval: Users can create their own accounts, but they become active only after administrator approval.
  • By Invitation: Users can be created only through an invitation sent by the system administrator.
  • Self-Registration:Users can register directly without requiring administrator approval.
Each method should be selected according to the portal's security level and user experience requirements.
For example, the “With Login + By Invitation” method is recommended for corporate customers, while the “Without Login + Self-Registration with Approval” combination is preferred for public support centers.
