After creating the portal, go to the Login Method tab from the left menu.
There are two main sections in this area:
Login Method
- With Login:Users access the portal by logging in. This method requires signing in with registered user accounts.
- Without Login:Users can access the portal and create requests without logging in (anonymously).
Registration Method
Defines how users will register in the system:
- Self-Registration with Approval: Users can create their own accounts, but they become active only after administrator approval.
- By Invitation: Users can be created only through an invitation sent by the system administrator.
- Self-Registration:Users can register directly without requiring administrator approval.
Each method should be selected according to the portal's security level and user experience requirements.
For example, the “With Login + By Invitation” method is recommended for corporate customers, while the “Without Login + Self-Registration with Approval” combination is preferred for public support centers.
