Stoneity Software Joint Stock Company (“Seller”)
Parties
Seller: Stoneity Software Joint Stock Company
Buyer: The user account that purchases a plan through the Stoneity instance and is logged in at the time of the transaction.
Subject of the Agreement
This Agreement regulates the procedures and principles regarding the purchase of Stoneity Work Management and Service Management digital service plans offered online by the Seller, by the Buyer.
Nature of the Service
The service is entirely digital, and no physical product is delivered after purchase. The plan is automatically assigned to the Buyer’s account once the payment is completed.
Pricing and Payment Terms
Prices are shown on the payment page as current and either including or excluding VAT.
Payments can only be made through the Plans page in the Buyer’s own Stoneity instance.
The payment is considered made on behalf of the user account logged in during the transaction.
Commencement of the Service
The plan is activated immediately upon successful payment by the Buyer, and the Buyer starts benefiting from the service.
Right of Withdrawal and Refund
The Buyer acknowledges that under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, the right of withdrawal may be excluded for 'digital content and services immediately performed.'
Nevertheless, the Seller reserves the right to evaluate requests within the framework of customer satisfaction.
Term and Termination of the Agreement
The plan is valid for the purchased duration. The Buyer may request cancellation at any time through the platform; the cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current period.
Responsibilities
The Seller provides the necessary technical infrastructure to deliver the service securely.
The Buyer is responsible for the security of their account and for using the platform in compliance with applicable laws.
Competent Court
Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over dispute resolution.
